Alex was such a cat lover. I'm sure you loved all animals but cats were definitely his favorite. All my kitty cats that had the pleasure of meeting him loved him! If my beliefs are true then Alex is in heaven with all of the beloved kitty cats that are coming and gone throughout his life.
And another remarkable memory of Alex is that he actually enjoyed meeting people. I was genuinely surprised by someone in his generation looking for opportunities to strike up conversations with strangers. But then Alex had an old soul, for sure. You are dearly missed my "cousin" Alex. Mow and slow blink.

This is the last picture ever taken of Alexis... I took it a couple weeks before he passed at my house. It has my cat Naisu & dog Seymour who loved him very much and were extremely sad with his passing. It surprised me how different they were for a few days after.
I love you Alexis, you were one of my best friends and I'll never forget you. I'm sorry I couldn't do more for you.
