Agnes Inez Murphy's Obituary
Agnes Inez Murphy, born South San Francisco, CA Mar 3, 1913 passed away peacefully in Sparks, NV on October 3, 2009 at 96 years of age. One of 14 children born to Aldorico Fredrico and Rosa Santina Rosaia. A resident of San Mateo until 2003. Beloved wife of William V. Murphy, who pre-deceased her in 1994 and Joseph Francis Mummert, deceased 1944. Noni is survived by her five children: Joan Stewart, Bob Mummert (Lorene), Agnes Murphy (Bob Sztam), William Murphy (Kristine) and John Murphy. Sisters Alice Puccetti, Florine Cafferata, Alvira Belvini, Evelyn Fonseca, Wilma Maroni and Eunice Canziani; 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A kind and generous Mother, Sister, Noni and friend, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. We will remember and cherish her boundless love, guidance, style and grace. A Rosary and Burial will take place at 11:00am, Fri Oct. 9 at The Lifemark Center at Skylawn Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks you to remember Agnes with a prayer and a smile.
