Patricia was born in Oceanside, CA to proud parents Jerome B. Williams and Velma L. Williams. Patricia lived the majority of her life in the San Francisco Bay Area. At the age of 15 she was baptized and became a member of St. John Read Obituary
We were impressed with Patricia the moment we met her and Hardiman in bible study. Her broad smile and vivacious personality drew us in as friends. After we met her parents and family we understood why she was so driven to reach out and give back through her church, civic and professional endeavors. Her family was her heart and she loved God. Patricia was a wonderful human being and so intelligent. Everyone smiled when she was around. She will be greatly missed by her friends at work.
