Soon was a special friend and co-worker for the past 5 years in the Operations Programs Support Department, Sacramento District, USPS. I will miss her warm smile, friendly nature, sharing coffee in the morning and conversations about her children and grandchildren whom she was so proud of. her on the hallway of the 2nd floor of the U S Postal Service Tower building. We always chit chat of what’s going with our work and having fun talking the vacation we took to different places. Soon, has been very, very good and nice to me. She always keep on constant advising me the ups and downs working for the Post Office. She has been a very good and close friend to me since I also moved to Sacramento from San Francisco. We always reminesnce our good times in the Bay area. My last time of seeing her was Monday noon and just told me “Oh, I went to see you at your desk, and you are not there……….I’ll see you later”. Then, when I go home around @2:30 p.m., we didn’t have a chance to see each other. I thank the Lord for sharing Soon with me. She was a friend, confident, and fun-loving litle pixie at the same time. Soon was one of the first group of OPS Specialist. I was the specialist in the Los Angeles District at the time. She was a true team players. Her dedication, love, sense of humor, patience, and diligence was instrumental in enabling the Pacific Area to dominate the nation in Delivery Confirmation Scan Performance for many years. I will miss her terribly, and treasure our times together. I am deeply saddened in the loss of Soon Har. She was always in good spirits and you can’t say that about alot of people, but I can say that about Soon. I enjoyed laughing with her and working with her. She took the time to share photos of her grandbabies with me, she was so pround of her children and her family.
