I was unable to attend the service but I spoke to someone who did and said the arrangement was quite nice. The website was convenient to access and there were several options from which to choose. It was also nice to have the remembrance tree included at a cost savings.

The service was easy to use. There was a typo in my message and I called and asked them to correct it. I was disappointment when I saw that they did not correct the message and printed it on the card.

It was easy to order and pay from Germany. And the flowers in the bouquet were of a high quality. But the amount of flowers/the size of the bouquet was only half of what was shown in the order preview. That was dissappointing.

The flower arrangements were beautiful and that was the only part of these transaction(s) that we were satisfied with. I contacted a rep who explained that there is no capability to purchase more than one item per transaction, and that it wouldn't matter if I ordered 1 or 100 Joyful Memory Arrangements, a $24.95 service fee would apply to every item. I really cannot express how archaic and dishonest that seems from a customers perspective. It seems like highway robbery at best that you get away with this. I would appreciate someone explaining in greater detail why the necessity to make multiple transactions exists and the non-negotiable $24.95 that's assessed for every transaction.

Just like Amazon does for location of packages, , you may want to send a photo of the arrangements to customers so they can see if it was delivered and if it it looks like what was purchased. Just a thought.

I attended the service and arrived a little early to see if the flowers had arrived. The cards attached on all the arrangements were in the envelopes so I didn't see if any of the flowers were mine. I didn't want to open the envelopes on the altar in front of some of the family that were already there. There was one arrangement that looked a little like what I had ordered. I hope it was mine.
