Hi Honey! It’s graduation day for Mikaela (Andrew Hill High). She was awarded $5K scholarship. Out of the 11 nominees -she got the highest award and we’re all proud of her. She pin the button with the picture of you on top of her cap because she said she wanted you to be with her while she’s walking across the stage to receive her diploma and she whisper ” I did it Papa and Thank you for watching me everyday, I love you and miss you”…She made me cry when she told me. Vanessa got straight A’s again this year. EJ is catching up with her.. Just wanted you to know that come July 1st – I will be a permanent employee on my new job ( my 6 months probationary is up on June 30th)..I’m trying to stay healthy and stronger everyday but I’m not quite @100% heal yet- still thinking about you 24/7 – no matter where I am or do. Hi Bob, Its prom day for Sarah and Chris! hard to believe they will be graduating high school soom and turning 18. I remember when you and Corbett used to cut it up and call them “Milisiphent and whats his name” cuz you guys couldnt remember there darn names correctly! Just wanted to let you know I love you, and wish you were still around to talk too, get advise from and just share stuff together. Chris will be leaving 9/9/13, he joined the Uniited Staes Marine Corps and goes to basic training in San Diego, Iam very proud of him but also sad to see him leave me and his family. Hi Honey – it’s New Year’s day just sitting around the house, no place to go ( very cold outside).I’m just relaxing, thinking about you a lot and watch TV off and on. Sometimes I read the books that the girls got me for Christmas. One of the book title is “Move on without me” written by Susan C. Beer (widow). Very interesting book – she talks about all the things she went through after her husband die, how much she love and miss him, he was a good man and kind man with good heart – just like you Bach! I know your heart was wounded but it’s not broken – you still have that good heart in you…that’s one thing I love about you… The other books that I have is about “Healing after loss” which I have not read yet and the other one is “Your best life begins each morning” by Joel Osteen (Christian Pastor) – only read a few pages…Priscilla & Josiah (her son) are in town this week -visiting. I went to Jubilee last night with Michelle, Jamie, Marie, Priscilla, Nia & Josiah for New Year mass @7pm and of course we prayer for everyone and you…. Hi Honey! Today is Dec 25th – wishing you a Merry, Merry Christmas! We celebrate Xmas Eve last night at the house ( our tradition every year). Michelle, Lisa, Jamie, all the grandkids, Tanya & family, JR & Tammy and everyone brought food, all the kids open their gifts and adults play the white elephant gift game ( your favorite Xmas game). They were all laughing and talking about your personal check that you wrote put in the big box as your white elephant gift (couple of years ago) and remember Michelle end up getting it. The minute she open the box and said “hell no”- it’s a rubber check, we all start laughing so hard – especially you! .. Bach the holidays are harder especially the first ones without you but I know that you’re with us in spirit..Mike thinks of you often too and misses you. They sent me a Xmas card and both Mike and Karen wants to get together for lunch after the holidays.. Honey we missed you and thinking about you a lot lately.. Hi Bach – I dreamed about you one day that I was in Stanford to attend the Cardiology Seminar but not knowing that you’re the guest speaker until I heard your voice and I was so happy. I looked up and all I saw was your back but not your face. When the seminar ended you disappear and I asked the Information desk to page you but no answer. Then I went to the Clinic and asked the lady that knows you – to page you and you’re not responding. I started to cry because I wanted to see and touch you for the last time. Bach – I really do missed you very much and I know the “holidays” are harder especially the first one’s without you. I know you will be with us in spirit. Our 34th anniversary is coming up this Friday (this will be a tough one). Planning to see you though -if it’s not rainning.
