我們懷著萬分沉痛的心情，告別摯愛的父親──顧宜華先生。他是一位才華橫溢的建築及室內設計師，於2025年5月5日安詳離世，享年72歲。
With great sadness, we say goodbye to our beloved father, Michael Yee Wah Ku — a gifted architect and interior designer — who passed away peacefully on May 5, 2025, at the age of 72.
顧先生出生於香港，畢業於美國俄勒岡大學建築與美術雙學士學位。早年在美國從事建築設計多年，參與不少具規模的重要項目。1991年回港後，他成立了自己的設計公司，並於2009年正式創辦顧宜華(國際)工作社有限公司（K International & Associates Limited），成為亞洲設計界深具影響力的人物。
Born in Hong Kong, Mr. Ku earned degrees in Architecture and Fine Arts from the University of Oregon. After years of contributing to major design projects across the U.S., he returned to Hong Kong in 1991. In 2009, he officially founded 顧宜華(國際)工作社有限公司 (K International & Associates Limited), becoming a respected and influential figure in the Asian design world.
他的設計作品遍佈全球，包括酒店、住宅、醫院、會所、商場與機場。他曾獲得多個國際獎項，並在業界中備受推崇。
His work spanned the globe—from hotels and residences to hospitals, clubhouses, malls, and airports—and earned him multiple international awards and wide industry recognition.
他相信設計應該服務人本、注重環境與健康。他也是業界早期提倡使用環保建材與低甲醛設計的先鋒之一。
He believed design should serve people and protect health and the environment. He was also one of the early advocates of sustainable and low-formaldehyde materials in interior architecture.
顧先生一生低調、專業、重視細節，深受合作夥伴與業界人士敬重。他的風格與精神，至今仍啟發著無數後輩。
Mr. Ku was humble, meticulous, and professional. His quiet dedication and design philosophy continue to inspire peers and future generations alike.
他是一位令人敬重的設計師，更是一位摯愛的父親。他的精神與價值觀，將隨他的作品與我們的記憶一同流傳。
He was not only a great designer but a deeply loved father. His values and vision live on in his body of work—and in the memories of those who knew him.
