Victor is definitely a kind-hearted person. I worked with Victor in Cisco closely together and we worked together again in HP/ArcSight. For all these years we worked together, Victor was definitely level-headed and most importantly a very kind person to everyone. I know how much Victor loves his family. For all I can remember, he was always devoted to his children and family. I just cannot believe this is happening. I was looking forward to meet him this weekend in HPE PM reunion. Victor, I will miss you and we all will miss you. You will be remembered forever! R.I.P.
