I am desperately trying to get some information on Elizabeth’s passing for my 88yo mother and her best friend, also 88, who live in Henderson , NC where Elizabeth grew up. The three of them lived on the same street and were the three musketeers as girls. Dear friends. Mom (Carrie Evans) and Pauline (Johnson) have not see Elizabeth for years, but the three have faithfully kept up with each other by phone. They know her health has not been good this year. They have not been able to reach her for weeks, and were afraid she might have passed,and when the phone was disconnected they asked me to search on the internet to see. I found this site but with no details. I would love to speak or email with someone who could tell me more about Elizabeth’s last days. Elizabeth is precious to them, and though I never had the pleasure of meeting her I have talked with her on the phone, and have heard tales of her my whole life long, and can tell that she was an amazing person.
